Post-Booking Email Notifications with User Feedback and Reviews#4269

Feature Request:

After a booking is completed, the system should automatically send an email notification to the customer requesting feedback and/or a review. This could include a survey link, a rating system, or a text review option. (DEFINITELY A MODERN NICE VIEW EMAIL WITH BUTTONS)

Details / Requirements:

Trigger an email notification once a booking is confirmed/completed.

Email content should be customizable (subject, body, survey/review link).

Include options for:

Quick star rating (e.g., 1–5 stars).

Detailed text review.

Optional survey questions.

Feedback and reviews should be stored and accessible from the backend for reporting.

Optionally, send reminder emails if no feedback/review is submitted after a set period.

Benefit:

Collects actionable customer feedback and reviews.

Increases customer engagement and trust.

Provides insights for service improvement and public review display if desired.

and reviews sent through email by user, to be approved by admin/employee and after this displayed on a page with a shortcode for example like [amelia-reviews]
