Rating / reviews in Amelia for employees, services, etc.#32

An option to give a rate/review to employees.

It would be great to make it possible for your customers to rate the employee who served them. You can use a star rating (4/5, 2/5, etc).

Guys you actually CAN implement reviews to employees. Use a CPT and list the employees there. Then use any wordpress review plugin to rate the CPT. Easy.

It was planned 3 years ago. Isn’t it time to put it into action?

Giorgos, thanks for your response in regards to using a CPT, etc… however, it’s not the same as having an automated email that goes out after each appointment specifying the professional and service. Sending out an email that lists all our services and professionals so the customer has to sort through them to provide feedback, creates resistance and our clients are a lot less likely to fill it out.
