An option to give a rate/review to employees.
It would be great to make it possible for your customers to rate the employee who served them. You can use a star rating (4/5, 2/5, etc).

Yes, my clients are really interested in this feature… at least integrating a form builder like WPForms so we can use a shortcode in the follow-up email, and the client can fill in right then.

In the meantime we would appreciate some ideas and use cases from your end, e.g. how would you prefer displaying those, how would you fight abuse, is there something about existing ratings/reviews in other software that you love/hate?

@Alexander Gilmanov (Amelia) some ideas : let the reviews appear on Google ( an API or connection) - thanks to the reviews, a new module to show the best employee with the best grades on any ages - a possibility for the administrator to create different thing to grade (example : how did you find the cleanliness of the place / how did you find
hairdressing and then there is a average of all grades). Possibility fior the customer to post some pictures / videos - possibility for the administrator to moderate and control the reviews - let the administrator customize a lot the features (colors, what to reviews etc). The reviews can be apply to a specific service or employee or locationn (very important)
There should be an NPS score with the reviews. Let the customer grade 1 to 10. If the score is less than 7 lets say, they get a negative feedback page that allows customers to send a message instead of leaving a review allowing the company to fix any issues with that customer. If the review is 7 or more, then let them leave a review and publish to site as well as Post to Google / Yelp, etc.
Three ways that employee ratings could be used:
1) To be added to the algorithm to auto-select employees for a task - those with the highest rankings are chosen first.
2) If an employee is ranked poorly (let’s say 1/5 or 2/5) for a task, the admin is notified to follow up with the client about the problem and can then discuss what went wrong with the employee.
3) If an employee scores well, ask the customer to follow up with a review of the company on Google Reviews/Maps.
I have a few clients that would love this feature - please make it the next thing you guys add! :)
My client would like to add a form builder shortcode (WPForms in this case) to the follow up email. The form would show up in the email for them to fill out (thus, one step process for feedback and reviews).
