Add a feature that allows an employee to mark an appointment as a no show. This way, when customer book another appointment, it shows up for the employee that they have been a no show before
This is a CRUCIAL feature that will allow Amelia users to:
that would be a great feature, to get a notification that this user did not show up and force them do pay online, or deposit or add a fee for this user.
It could be added as another “Status” in addition to “Approved” and “Pending”. It could say something like “No Show”. But what about when they do show up? Not sure but maybe it defaults to “completed” after the appointment “end time”.
This could be merged with the request for QR code check-in: https://features.wpamelia.com/1284
Yes I’d like this too - this is super inconvenient without it - I have no internal way of keeping track of missed clients
very important feature, the system could deposit a small amount of money and automatically release it upon the appointment completion, in case of no show that amount could be charged. That could also be placed to the policy and through a checkbox the potential client to select/agree from the beginning..
We’re thrilled to introduce the ‘No-show Customers Tag’ feature in our latest update, and we’ve added a colorful twist to it!
This enhancement streamlines customer management, making it easier to tag and manage no-show customers on the backend. You can activate this feature on the Settings page. What’s more, you can now differentiate customers by tag colors: silver for one missed appointment, yellow for two, and red for three or more repeated no-shows.
If you’d like to take it even further, you can show your support for blocking customers from booking after multiple no-shows by voting for this suggestion: https://features.wpamelia.com/2028. Your input matters to us! Thank you for your feedback!
This is not completed, I would like to be able to change the status for an appointment to no show and take attendance for events
this is not completed. I saw the latest demo website and the feature is not there.
i cant figure out how to add those no show tags to customers… its not on the appointment settings
I have enabled no-show tag in settings, but I still can’t set anyone as a no show. I can’t see how to do it.
