Loyalty program for customers#63
Can we please get this added asap? I’m not sure why Amelia doesn’t have this already.
This is especially useful for businesses such as barbershops who could create their own loyalty programs.
So for example barbershop owner A could create a loyalty program that gave gentleman a free haircut on their 10th visit
Barbershop owner B might want to create a loyalty program that only gave customers a percentage off after every 5 visits.
Also, the loyalty program would need to be like coupons whereby you can select which services the free/percentage off can be used against. This would prevent someone booking an appointment and selecting every service for free or with a percentage off.

We’re definitely looking into implementing a similar feature with Amelia.
For starters, it could be a manual pre-filtering of customers from the coupons section and creating (and sending) coupons for ones that match the criteria.
I don’t want to promise an ETA yet as there are lots of things under development.. but definitely on our radar.

Also let the employee manage / create his own loyalty program. To explain, my employees are not “my employe” they are all “independent” so they have their own rules.
Also for the loyalty program, the possibility to customize alot.
For example, one of my employee wants to create a loyalty program who starts again every month; so if a customer come at least 3 times in the mont between the 1 and 30 of the month, he has a free haicut. But if he comes only twice between th 1 and 30 of the month, his “points” go back at 0 for the next month
Here in. the Netherlands working with loyalty cards is a nice feature. Client and me never loose track of how many treatments are done. Working with disccount is not a way that appelas to me. SO loyaltycards thatcan be bought online would be great!
Additionall: with the service + package i can make a loyalty card.
The downside is, for every service the same package deal (so need to buy back pakage and can only book back massagae.
People can not just switch choosing another serives ( I work in timeblocks 30 min 45 min etc.) So if the want a back or hand massage they can not choose this, but have to say this in remarks.
Not the end of the world, but making that fluid would be great!
