Customize "Custom Fields" title#5144

Hi,

It doesn’t make much sense to display “Custom Fields” before the fields.

I would suggest simply removing it. Alternatively, this string could be added to the Customizer so that the administrator can decide what to display. For example, “Patient Data” for a physiotherapy website, or “Pet Details” for a veterinary clinic, etc.
