One feature that feels essential but is currently missing in Amelia is the ability to select multiple time slots in a single booking flow.
At the moment, the workaround is to add another booking through the cart. However, this is not intuitive for many users and creates unnecessary friction in the booking experience. This affects both business owners and customers. Business owners may miss opportunities to upsell services that are commonly booked for extended durations, while customers may feel restricted by only being able to select one time slot at a time.
For example, if I offer a studio rental service with 2 hour booking slots, a customer who wants to book the studio for 4 hours must first select one slot, add it to the cart, and then repeat the entire process for the second slot. From a UX perspective, this feels cumbersome and inefficient.
Instead, users should be able to select multiple consecutive time slots directly within the initial booking step, making the process much faster and more intuitive.
I hope this feature can be considered and added in the near future.
