Title: Accounting Reports and Transaction Summary Export

Hello Amelia Team,

I would like to suggest an improvement regarding financial reports and transaction exports.

Currently, the Finance section only allows exporting transactions in CSV format. While technically usable, these exports are not very user-friendly for business owners, managers, or accountants.

Many clients simply need a clear monthly summary showing:

• Revenue by month
• Revenue by service (Pickleball, Birthday Parties, Surface Rentals, Room Rentals, etc.)
• Number of bookings per service
• Taxes collected
• Payment methods
• Grand totals

Suggested improvements:

1. PDF Report Export
   Allow administrators to generate a printable PDF report for a selected period.

2. Excel Report Export
   Provide a formatted Excel (.xlsx) export instead of a raw CSV file.

3. Revenue Summary Report
   Add a simple summary report showing totals by service category.

Example:

Pickleball

• 125 bookings
• $3,500 revenue

Birthday Parties

• 22 bookings
• $4,950 revenue

Surface Rentals

• 47 bookings
• $5,640 revenue

Total Revenue

• $14,090

• Event Reservation Reports
  Provide a printable participant list and reservation summary for events and activities.

This would significantly improve the accounting workflow and make Amelia much more useful for managers who are not comfortable working with raw CSV exports.
