Currently, when a customer purchases a package, administrators cannot modify the package afterwards.
This creates challenges when new services are added, package rules change, or credits need to be adjusted for customer support purposes.
It would be extremely useful to allow administrators to edit existing purchased packages directly from the customer profile.
Examples:
• Add newly created services or events to an existing package.
• Remove services from a package.
• Increase or decrease remaining credits.
• Extend package expiry dates.
• Correct mistakes without issuing a replacement package.
• Apply package updates to existing customers when package offerings change.

• Prevents the need to cancel and recreate packages. • Allows businesses to evolve their offerings without disadvantaging existing customers.
• Makes package management more flexible for memberships, class packs and loyalty programmes.
Example:
A yoga studio adds a new Ashtanga class to an existing class package. Administrators could simply update existing customer packages to include the new class rather than asking customers to purchase a new package or manually work around the limitation.
