
When editing an appointment in the backend, only the customer’s email is visible. The phone number is not displayed, even though it is already stored in the customer’s profile.
This is inconvenient because staff often need to quickly call or text a customer directly from the appointment screen — for example, to confirm a booking, notify about a delay, or follow up. Currently, you have to leave the appointment, go to the customer profile, find the phone number, and come back.
