Internal Notes - Employee Panel#4935

Prior to the version 9.0 update, internal notes were visible to employees within their panels. This functionality has since been removed, which has critically impacted our internal communication and operational workflow.

We rely on this field to provide staff with essential context and instructions for their appointments. To accommodate all users, I propose adding a toggle option within the settings (e.g., under Role Permissions) to “Show/Hide Internal Notes for Employees.” This would allow businesses that depend on this feature to maintain their workflow while giving others the flexibility to disable it.

This is a vital tool for our day-to-day operations, and we would appreciate your team considering its restoration.
