Feature to allow New booking to be sent to administrative agents / secretaries at a specific email address or one members / employee assigned to a secreterial role. Currently you can forward ALL notifications to one email which seems unecessary.
Potential avenues to add this feature:
-Tweek the send all notifications to specific email function to assign which notifications you want sent there
-Add a secreterial role where pending appointments can be sent to directly
-Add in the notifications tab a field to copy/send to a specific email or employee in addition to current functionality.
It seems like such a simple feature I don’t understand how no other bussiness requested thsi feature. What do other companies do with secreterial / clerical staff?
