Ability to set specific "Working Hours" directly on a yearly calendar view#4865

Currently, Amelia’s “Working Hours” are primarily based on a weekly recurring schedule. To handle irregular availability, we have to either add “Special Days” one by one or sync with an external Google Calendar to block “Busy” slots.

However, for schools with many instructors (employees) who have irregular schedules and varying levels of IT literacy, these methods are quite cumbersome and prone to errors.

I would like to request a new feature:
A full-year calendar interface where admins (or employees) can simply click or drag to define “Available Slots” for any specific date throughout the year, without being restricted to a weekly pattern.

Intuitive UI: Managing availability would be as simple as painting on a calendar.

No external sync required: We can manage everything within Amelia without relying on the instructors’ personal Google Calendars.

Flexibility: Perfect for businesses with irregular shifts or seasonal changes.
