Dynamic Slot Capacity & Location-Specific Overrides via "Special Days"#4843

Currently, the capacity of a service is global or tied strictly to the employee’s default settings. There is no native way to decrease or increase the maximum number of people who can book a specific time slot on a specific day or for a specific location without changing the global service settings.

I would like to suggest adding a “Capacity Override” feature within the Special Days settings.

How it would work:

Day-Specific Capacity: Within the “Special Days” configuration, a user should be able to select a service and manually set a different capacity for that specific date (e.g., allow only 1 booking instead of 3 for a specific Friday due to limited space or staff).

Location-Specific Logic: If a service is offered in multiple locations, the ability to define different capacities per location for the same service.

On-the-fly Management: This would allow receptionists and managers to handle unexpected changes (like a broken workstation or a last-minute staff absence) without having to delete employees or reconfigure the entire service structure.

This provides the “on the fly” flexibility that professional businesses need. It prevents overbooking during days with restricted resources and allows for better inventory/space management directly through the Amelia dashboard.
