Employee Column View in Calendar (for multiple simultaneous bookings)#4836

We run a busy SPA facility and we urgently need a better way to visualize multiple appointments happening at the exact same time.

The Problem:
Currently, when we have 2-3 overlapping bookings, the appointment blocks squeeze together, making the calendar cramped and difficult to read. At our peak hours, we will have 6 to 8 therapists working simultaneously. In the current Day/Week view, having 8 overlapping appointments will make the calendar completely unreadable and it will be extremely hard for our receptionists to manage or add new bookings.

Filtering by a single employee works, but it doesn’t give us a quick, daily overview of the entire facility.

The Solution:
Please add an “Employee/Therapist View” (or Column View) to the backend calendar. In this view (specifically for a single day), each Employee should have their own dedicated vertical column.

Why it’s important:
This is a standard and essential feature for larger salons, SPAs, and clinics (similar to systems like Booksy or Fresha). Having dedicated columns for each staff member makes it incredibly easy to see who is busy, spot empty slots instantly, and drag-and-drop appointments without clicking the wrong cramped block. This would be a massive game-changer for businesses with larger teams!

Yes, I agree, and I’ve also submitted a request for this feature.

It’s an absolute necessity for spas and hair salons, because without an overview, organization quickly becomes very complicated.

I hope the team will implement this feature as soon as possible, because I’m missing out on opportunities to equip my clients with WP Amelia due to this lack of it.
