


Yes!! Finally this feature. It would be great if the customers themselves could update the custom fields they filled in in their customer panel, since many have to confirm what they put in these fields later.
Just as a suggestion, it would be good to accompany this feature with a kind of notification, both to the client and to the administrator notifying the update of these fields.
And another nice feature would also be to set a time limit for them to update these fields.

It would be nice if we can use field, maybe only the basics text, from metabox.io or acf

Ability to add custom fields for customers e.g. Address. At the momemnt custom fields are associted with services only. Another options could be adding some spare fileds which can be enabled/disabled via customization.. At the moment customer need to re-fill all custom information for each booking.
Actually, I believe it’s essential for customers to have access to the custom fields, including attachments, when they book subsequent appointments from their packages via the customer panel. We run a service that requires customers to upload different documents for each appointment.
PLEASE add conditional logic to the forms, for example if customer selects A in stead of B, it opens diffirent follow up options / questions.

Hi Marco, apologies for the late reply.
To display the “Custom Fields” tab in the Edit Customer dialog, please go to the Custom Fields page and create one or more custom fields under the Customer tab. Once you’ve added them, a new Custom Fields tab will appear when editing a customer, showing all the fields you’ve created.

Please change the display order of the custom fields in a booking page and show the custom customer fields directly after the default customer fields and not at the end after the appointment custom fields.

Can the custom fields be read only, or hidden from customers in the customer panel? Also can these custom fields be accessed via Webhooks or the REST API ?

can we please get a log of appended notes please for this? would be nice to leave notes for customers recommending when/what their next service should be or product recommendations or service options we discussed for future appts.
