In the employee’s personal panel when adding a new client, the drop-down list of all clients does not appear to maintain privacy

I don’t get how this is not upvoted more. I use Amelia to book appointments between patient/doctors and is crucial to maintain the privacy, I had to hide the button so no one sees al the patients list.
