Option to show only weekdays (or only weekends) on Event Calendar#3452

?

Many providers only run events during the week, or only at weekends.
Because I only run weekday events, the weekend days show as white space, and squash the days with events.
It would be very helpful if I could set the Events Calendar to only show weekdays: in other words, it shows columns for Monday to Friday, but not Saturday or Sunday.
