Backend Active Package Filter#3007

Currently, in the backend, when you go to view packages, the default is for Amelia to filter Packages by Date Purchased.

The request is to enhance how packages are displayed on the backend.

Suggested Filters:

  • Packages (that have appointments remaining)
  • Used Packages (no appointments remaining)
  • Active Packages (not expired)
  • Expired Packages
  • Cancelled Packages
  • Packages by Customer (this already exists)
  • Packages by Date (the current default)

This would be a huge improvement to workflow for many businesses that book packages on the backend.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for sharing your suggestions on improving package management in the system. With our new update, version 7.9, we’ve added the ability to filter packages by status (Active, Expired, or Canceled), alongside the existing filters by customer and date. This makes it much easier to track which packages are still in use, when they expire, and any that may need follow-up.

We appreciate your feedback, and we believe these changes will greatly streamline your workflow and improve the management and tracking of packages. Thank you again for helping us prioritize these improvements—your input is incredibly valuable to us!
