To second Adrian here, the new employee frontend widget interface works well as a mobile app. Just add the widget on a page with nothing else – no headers, footers or margin around the widget.
Then open up the page on a mobile and bookmark the page to your phone’s home screen using an app shortcut. iOS does this well and you can add <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"> to your <head> to set your page to open in full screen – just like an app would.
I also add the following CSS to that page to make sure the employee widget fills the space.

thanks Chris, i will try it, but has some missing important points this Employee Panel 2.0 like… one of them is this one: changing appointment status, without to press Edit button, and another is a SECURITY IMPORTANT ISSUE : NO RECAPTCHA, AND NO SECOND AUTH STEP LIKE 2FA / MFA.. i tols amelia several times, they… i dont know why they dont implement this .. its security not important? or is ESSENTIAL TO exist? (THIS SADDLY gived me a bad feeling that security is not for everyone a priority, even though i reported it several times.. i get upsad everytime i see an update and yet not there implemented. :( hoppefully someone realises the important LOGIN/SIGNUP forms need urgent 2FA / MFA and recaptcha.. i still hope.. someone sees this message and takes it in consideration .. couse its so so important..

oh and how comes an Employee 2.0 doesnt have a Calendar view like horizontal view, or vertical view … (see and explore SETMORE mobile Employee app, you’ll love it ) and email appointment client notifications… look soo so modern and practical … table with 2-3 columns… and rows… to add pictures… headers… text… buttons…

Now that we have QR codes, we need an app to check them.


this would be needed only for agents to see all the details of bookings (custom fields, notes, …); we use outlook sync but only see name, location and date
is there an option to sync outlook with more details?

i love you guys but the new update is SO BAD on mobile 😩 many of us are solopreneurs, we don’t have a front desk gal we are doing it all from ourphones and it’s pAINFUL
