An option to send a bill/invoice to customer after they schedule an appointment.

I would like the billing/invoices option to be added with Mollie payment. It would be great if I can build the lay-out of the invoice myself and add customer/booking information (meta data) to it.

Please add an option to view and download the invoices directly from the amelia customer overview.

i hope when its released, then its not only on. then we dont need invoices

Invoices with a payment link, so that payment can automatically reflect on the booking itself too.

Deposit taken then balance invoice sent to the customer with a payment link to be paid as soon as the job is completed.

would also love the option to generate an invoice after a booking

Would love to have a connection to accountancy software like exact or moneybird. So when a invoice is generated its directly in the accountancy software

Invoicing would be super useful, I see it working in the following ways:

1) Customer books an appointment and is automatically sent an invoice with a link to pay the balance. Or if paid upfront, there is a tickbox to say send an invoice too.

2) Customer books an appointment and pays a deposit, with an invoice sent showing deposit paid and balance remaining with a link to pay.

3) Customer books a package and is automatically sent an invoice with a link to pay the balance.

4) Customer books a package and pays a deposit, with an invoice sent showing deposit paid and balance remaining with a link to pay, showing the prices of each element within the package.

This would be a really useful addition!

I would love to be able to charge in addition to the initial deposit. I have a business that heavily relies on people making their appointment and if they don’t notify us, we would like the option to charge them additional. Is that possible?

Would also love if invoices sent are stored and easily filterable by user for bookeeping and records. Possibly in the finance tab. Add option to generate invoice for any appointment by clicking on it. Super essential for my use case as my customer generates appointments from backend and wants to generate an invoice for the on site payments so user can pay with check. + have a way to send the receipt once payment is marked as paid.

A PDF invoice would be really useful! It should be sent to the customer and saved in the system.

Integration with zoho invoice and such could be more effective. So we integrate directly with our invoicing softwares/solutions
