Add additional services like Parking or Food for Events#2272

When booking events, it is not possible to offer additional services such as parking or food; only Individual pricing, which is not the same. If using custom fields, the service price is not added to the base price, so does not help either. It should be possible to add additional services to an event where the customer can choose from and where the price is then displayed as a total.
