Make creating a new appointment faster and easier by adding a simple service selection fix#1708

Hi! This request is about adding a new appointment in the backend (after having clicked on the + button). If you select a service category and want to choose a service, the services of all categories are displayed and services that belong to other categories are only greyed out. This is very annoying if you have a lot of services because it leads to an unsatisfying scrolling behaviour. There is a simple fix: please add .el-select-dropdown .el-select-dropdown__item.is-disabled{display:none!important} to plugins/ameliabooking/public/css/backend/amelia-booking.css. When this fix is applied, only the services that belong to the selected category are displayed and creating a new appointment is much quicker. Please support this suggestion! Thanks, Alex
