Option to not limit service availability / timeslots whetver employee is already booked or not#1665

We have a small restaurant where every weekend a (single) different employee is responsible to serve food. Guests can make reservations but as soon as a time-slot is booked, it’s gone. We need an option (e.g on the definition of a service) that booking that service doesn’t “book” the employee as well. It should just take the employee’s schedule into account.
