Booking consults (in a package) with wrong specialist#1472

When a customer has booked a package with a specific specialist, please only allow the customer to book subsequent consults with that employee. Currently customer are booking consults with wrong specialists and we need to switch them around all the time. We are manually tracking it now in an excel which is very labour intense.
