Don't skip first step!#1291

If only 1 service is available, Amelia skips the “Select service” step, which is very inconvenient as the end-user does NOT see what they are actually booking until they reach the summary. It now skips directly to extras.
I can see skipping something like “Extras” makes sense if there is no extras, but skipping the main product makes no sense at all.
For those who thinks that is okay, it would be fine if you made it optional. But i really think the option to NOT skip it should be available as well.
This is critical to the user experience.
