The date and time section of the form has a default duration set. I think it would be better if the drop-down instead was set to a placeholder of “Please select a time” and the customer is forced to pre-select a time before choosing the date. The problem is they might gloss over the duration and I can see them clicking on a date first and getting confused with the times that are presented because they haven’t yet selected a duration themselves.
