Transfer existing appointment to Package#1280

A customer with a package might not book using his package, but instead book a separate appointment and select to pay on site. So then the admin needs a way to go in and make this existing appointment part of the package.

HOLY CRAP this would save us so much time and confusion.

Multiple times an appointment has been scheduled outside of a package by mistake, and it is pretty frustrating to have to cancel it and re-create it within the package area.

Seeing this ticket proves we’re obviously not the only people who have this issue.

Making this upgrade might also give us the option to create a recurring appointment outside of a package, and then associate each appointment with a package. This could also save us a lot of time.

We also need this feature, to add appointment within a package from the appointment tab
