Be able to hide pricing from service section of form#1278

I would like to hide all the prices from the Service section of the booking form on the front end. This is because the service has multiple durations with varying prices and showing the price at this stage of the booking will confuse the customer before they have chosen a duration.

I need to use only voucher or coupon as payement method. The price of the service is 0.
