Add Service Fee and Tip Option#1192

Add the option to add a service fee for bookings as well as tip in advance

when will this happen?

I think this is a major feature that needs to be implmented ASAP! This would make it so much easier for everyone.

US small business rely on tips!! This is a vital option to be added ASAP
