Employee can set a limit on the amount of appointments they will take per day/per week. For example, employee is availible from 9 until 5 but only wants to take two appointmets per day.
When these are filled, employee will no longer be shown as availible.
It would be good !!! it’s even urgent because I’m looking for how to do it, but apart from creating several employees and several locations, which is not great, it will generate a service list that is too long (see service at 75E) impossible to select several times for the same location or the same service with the same employee … I will have to use another means I think (barfy.fr)
the big thank d’avance et bravo pour votre travail déjà réaliser !!!
Merged with #360 ?
UPPPPP, please we need this feature. I’ve been using for more than a year and when I started people were already complaining about it
Much needed feature
The limit of appointments per day/week is really necessary!
Some resources are scarce. We hope to limit customers to booking once a week and give the opportunity to people who have never been here before.
We also need this feature urgently before we can actually start using Amelia.
needed indeed
I agree, is an abolute need
Absolutely need this feature
Hello everyone,
I’m happy to announce that Amelia offers an option set daily appointment limits for employees on a global level. This means that once this option is set, all your employees will have the same limitations.
If you’d like us to expand this feature to include limitations per week or customize it for individual employees, please continue to upvote this ticket! Your feedback helps shape Amelia’s development.
Thank you for your suggestion!
Yes, please add the ability to include limitations per week and to customize it for individual employees.
It’s a good option globally, but it would also be needed in each employees “work hours” tab (Edit Employee/Work Hours), so that appointments could be limited more flexibly, by employee, by service and by location.
Currently you set the work hours time-range, service/s and location/s. Now it just needs the extra field for “limit appointments to X”. That limit would apply only to that work hours range, so the employee could offer other services with different limits, or services in the morning vs afternoon with different limits. etc…
By adding the option to the work hours tab, then the configuration capability is about as flexible as it can be- perfectly simple and efficient!
Probably the global setting should remain, but only apply if an employee doesn’t have any custom settings in their work hours tab? So this way it will also be possible to disable the global setting per employee, by setting “limit appointments to 999” in one of their work hours ranges :)
Would be very useful to have this feature at the employee level.
Where is the feature found?
